Metroid Prime Trilogy was shown as a secret to the press before the official announcement which came a couple of days later in a press release. The latest IGN Nintendo Voice Chat podcast says that this type of thing may be happening again.

In their podcast, IGN revealed that they were getting four games delivered to their offices - New Super Mario Bros. Wii, Cave Story, LostWinds: Winter of the Melodias and this new and surprising game which couldn't be talked about as Nintendo haven't revealed it themselves yet. Since the game is in a somewhat playable state, hopefully Nintendo will reveal information about it soon.
