Nintendo Wi-Fi \ Nintendo ds wifi problem

Whenever I try to connect to wifi on the ds to trade or battle over wifi I just get a error code (61020) but I can get on the pokemon global trading thingy but I cant get on anything else

(Note: I use a wifi usb thing)

Help meee plz cause I really want wifi

yeah it sometimes happens 2 me ever since i turned it off half way in a battle( a friendly one ). Just keep trying and in about 2 or 3 goes it should work. Well it does 4 me lyk that
