Nintendo Wi-Fi \ Wifi problem (help please)

I have a wifi usb thingy and I have it all downloaded and everything on my computer and I get a good connection test with it and all and I can conntect to the Global pokemon trading thing but anything else I can not connect to? I just get a error code that says (61020)

HELP MEEEE PLEASE!!
