Nintendo Wi-Fi \ Wifi Help

My stoopid wifi still wont work (ahhhhhhh) ok all better. Look someone help me please. I use a wifi usb thingymabobber and whenever I try to connect to battle or trade over wifi I just get a error code 61020 message. Somebody please tell me why this wont work. (note: I am able to get on the global pokemon trading thing but nothing else) Please help people!!!

You need to know what your ISP's DNS server settings are. You will obtain this information from your ISP. If you need help, PM me.
