Software \ M3 simply firmware ? pokemon load issue

hey ive had my m3 for a while and still have the load issue with pokemon, i have updated my m3 with firmware v1.07 as thats the newest 1 i can find. but i am just wondering if anyone has a solution or knows of a firmware that fixed the pokemon loading issue ?
