Hardware \ WiFi Troubles :S

Ok just got my new wifi usb connector (from shufflez) and I put it in with the disc and it all starts up and the installation part all goes fine and when it says insert wifi connector i do that and then write near the end of installation it says again please insert wifi connector and then says application error. Can Someone Please Help!!!


ps. All Firewalls Were Off!!!!
