You could also do the tech-savvy thing and turn on file extensions (inside Folder Options, kids) so that you don't, you know, open every single file you're sent without knowing exactly what it is. A person might send you a picture, but unless you were showing file extensions you wouldn't know that it is in fact a .exe (executable, installs things, runs programs) you're about to open.
