Although I would advise Moonshell over LMP-ng (iPod Clone)

Its far, far, far better. But try both and decide for yourself

Ok wiidude don't worry all you need to do is put your file on your microsd, wherever you like when you start up the ds clone it searches your MicroSD and finds all the music so you should be fine there!

No matter where you put your music when you start up your ipod clone program it will find all the files and put them in a playlist for you so you can put them anywhere on your MicroSD
