Couldn't you just get the skin to apply to the DSLIte? That way when you get tired of it you can just peel it off and replace it with another one, instead of forking out for another DS.

and check out gamerswonder they have the crimson/black as well... and none of them are 300 bucks

they are no more expensive than any other color, cept if you buy it in oz....

You can get all of these special editions from Playasia but as Salsasero mentioned they're not cheap.
The Crimson DS was first bundled with Brain age in Canada I think.

I've got me a crimson ds. I got it from the us for 83 bucks delivered on ebay. Now in my cash (british pounds) thats super cheap. the normal colours retail at 100 bucks.

Its really nice how the black is actually matt and not gloss like the normal ds's.

I'd defo say get one!!!!
