Software \ Multigame Cartridges.

I have seen some multigame cartridges around like 70 in 1 and 100 in 1 etc. They are normally labeled as NDSMGC cartridges. Does anyone know if these are legal. Not only have I seen them on major auction sites but also major game sales websites. I have not listed that sites just in case they are not legal. Anyone shed some light on these.

From what I can gather around the internet it seems like they are just 1gb/2gb N-card loaded with the smallest rom you can find and all trimmed to death. So yes, they are pirated NDS cart.

I thought so. From the Q&A on one site it says that you cannot change the contents of the cartridge so I don't know about them being an N-card. Sounded like they were using a program once chip. They may just say this so people buy more of them with different games.
I think the E-bay guy got banned and this is probably why. I am surprised that a web site still exists selling these cartridges.
If people had half a brain they would buy their own flash cart and program it themselves.

I just got my hands on one of these cartridges from a fiend. I booted it up and the menu was an N-card menu. My son has an N-card so I tried the linker cable on it and it worked perfectly.
I was able to backup and change the contents of the cartridge.

So that solves that mystery.

What I want to do is to load all my games that I have onto one card and then play them without having to swap them all the time.

Are they able to do this and am I able to copy the data back to the original card for game saves, etc?
