I have played it Melskii.
I got past the first chapter/episode and just stopped. It has waay too much text and I didn't know if it was a medical game or an RPG with no mission. There was too much text (at least in Phoenix Wright there was a story and reason why you talked to people) and the characters weren't that lovable.
It is apparently novel in that there a few endings though these only depend upon the final two minutes before the chapter closes.
Seriously there are more fun games out there.
