Mine is Delfino Square.

With twists and turns in all the right places, it must be used strategically!

I second that. Delfino Square is awesome. Have you beaten the staff ghost in the time trial yet? I'm trying to use a vehicle other than Peaches in order to beat it.

I also like Desert Hills. Particularly the curvy end.

Yeah Delfino Square is a great course I'm so glad they added that to the new Wii version. Another favorite of mine is the SNES Mario circuit which I managed to beat the staff ghost data without snaking

I like MooMoo farm since it was on the 64, however, I would say Delfino Square is the best on DS. Other faves are Tick-Tock Clock and Waluigi Pinball
