I got mine from ebay last month and love it. Almost finish Castlevania: Aria of Sorrow; next game is going to be Metroid Fusion.

Although the size is small but I never find it too difficult to hold or too tiring when looking at the small screen. Even better if you can find one of those old 256Mbit Flash cart so you can play NES Super Mario Brothers on the go like desi said.

Apart from NES games, the Gameboy Advance games work on the DS. The original intention was for casual gamers to have a micro and when they had time, then they would whip it out and play.

However, the touch generation games have made the DS lite the casual gamers of choice.

The DS Lite is small but too big for a pocket.

I am thinking of purchasing a Gameboy Micro Final Fantasy IV Limited Edition Box set (Japan Version). It's $A175. I like how the covers can be replaced.

Yes - the SP came out before the micro and hence people moved on from the original Gameboy Advance to the SP and then to the DS and avoiding the micro.
