I'm starting to get concerned where this thread is heading, I'll leave it open as long as read and follow these rules.
All users are expected to read and comprehend this thread.
When I started discussion of Homebrew here on MyDS I knew that we would eventually discuss piracy. I am placing this rule now, before we reach that point, so that all members know what is acceptable and what is not.
General discussion about Homebrew is allowed, specifically Flash cartridges and their capabilities, places to buy Flash cartridges, and places to download Homebrew applications. You may link to these sites.
You may discuss commercial game ROMs, or 'back-ups', but you may discuss where to download them but to a certain degree. Commercial games are not Homebrew. You may not ask anyone on the forums how to obtain ROMs. You may not link to sites that contain downloads or links to downloads of ROMs, even if those sites are Homebrew sites. You may not direct people to torrents. You may not indicate on which page of a search a good ROM site is.
If you break these rules we will:
* Delete your response and any response related to it, or delete the thread depending on severity and original topic, and
* Ban you for 24 hours.
If you repeatedly break these rules we will:
* Delete your response and any response related to it, or delete the thread depending on severity and original topic, and
* Ban you permanently.
You may not appeal the ban. Piracy will not be supported or forgiven here on MyDS.
