Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story Description:

Mario & Luigi: Bowser's will include new features, such as the ability to play as Bowser. All that is known about the plot is that an ailment is spreading throughout the Mushroom Kingdom, causing its victims to inflate several times their size. Somehow Mario and Luigi are swallowed by Bowser and are able to control him from the inside. Like its predecessor, Mario & Luigi: Partners in Time, the game switches between characters.

Nah, I think they put in a code that makes the games in normal DS' not work in DSL's.
