The Sims 3 has swept the nation, and taken out top spot in this week's gaming sales in the process, you can check out our review here. Wii Fit returned to the top of the pack last week, but has been forced down into 2nd as a result. The PS3's inFamous has joined in on the new release action and taken out third place. Meanwhile the old favourite Wii Play has remained in 4th place and refuses to go away despite not being an actual game. It's joined by EA's Wii Sports Active in at number five.
Pokemon Platinum is on the decline but has held on to 6th place this week. Red Faction: Guerilla has entered the charts on the 360 during its first week on sale in 7th. Brain Training on DS continues to sell well, perhaps partially due to a continuing advertising campaign and takes out 8th place. Finally to conclude this week we have UFC 2009 Undisputed in 9th and Mario Kart Wii sneaking into the top 10.
