Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney Description:

Not everyone is innocent until proven guilty! Players star as a defense attorney, who must prove his seemingly guilty client's innocence no matter how dire the circumstances may seem. The game presents twisting storylines and intriguing gameplay in a comical anime style. Players must collect evidence, weed through inconsistent testimonies, and overcome corrupt agendas to ensure that justice prevails.

You don't have to use the microphone, it's just there for an extra option. You can play it without talking at all. Though you'll have to use the touch screen. If you press the buttons, you'll have to talk(I think). But the game can be controlled with only the stylus and touch screen so it's fine. I play with this control scheme.

Well it's really like a point-and-click game when you're investigating the crime before a trial, but trials play out like an interactive novel, where you touch the screen to turn the page, and you can present evidence to contradict a witness' statement, but only when the game lets you.

Still, very awesome, and it has several laugh-out-loud moments. I grinned like an idiot every time I had a witness on the ropes.
