Matt Preston, more famously known as a judge for the hit series MasterChef Australia, reviews a game featuring one of his contemporary, Gordon Ramsey, and found it short on substance. Using a Nintendo DS borrowed from one of his kids, Matt have a go to see if he could "cut it in the kitchen". Unfortunately, after playing for an hour, disappointment sets in when there is no signs of a TV show or book deals apart from the endless chopping and serving guests. Even the thought of accessing a hidden "R-rated" area with endless swearing eludes him. In even bigger news, the reason hinted by Matt for reviewing this game is the possibility of making a MasterChef version of the game. "Of course, playing the game was really just sneaky research for a possible coming video game version of MasterChef, where I hope you'll be able to play one of the 20 contestant characters. Choose to be one of the kiddie mafia or take on the challenge of attempting to cook Asian food without knowing what star anise is. Or pick who you'll play based on their secret powers." Will there be one in the near future? Only time will tell.
