Posted by Destructoid this article shows that Phoenix wright and Ingrid are still very much able to join the fight in Tatsunoko vs Capcom, Ryota Niitsuma the producer of the game has stated that it is still very possible for Them to make it on to the Wii console via DLC and all they need is Permission from Nintendo at this time.

If you read again well if you did read at all you would have come passed the sentence "make it on to the Wii console via DLC". And yes this article was released after the release of the game.
