Both Wii and DS sales were down last financial year in what is surely a worrying sign for Nintendo, and possibly the beginning of the end of their dominance.
20.53 million Wii units were sold last financial year, April '09 - March '10. In the year proceeding, April 2008 to March 2009, 25.95 million consoles were sold. That's a drop of 21% in the space of 12 months.
The DS didn't fair as bad with figures of 27 million last financial year, down from 31 million the year before. That was somewhat expected, however, with the announcement of the 3DS.
