Got some old Nintendo Famicom cartridges lying around? Then this latest accessory from Japan might interest you, made by CYBER gadget the Familator Lite will allow you to play Nintendo Famicom games on your DS Lite and using the correct adaptor, NTSC NES games can be played as well.

This unit plugs into the DS Lites GBA port, and once combined with the DS Lite it does increase the total unit size by more than double, taking away most of the portability element, but if you have the desire to play some retro Famicom/NES games then this should do the trick.

The unit also comes with TV out making this a fully functional Nintendo Famicom clone, due for release some time next month in Japan, no news on an Pal version though
