Hardware \ R4 or M3?

hey.. i just bought my ds last week and am tihnking about getting the m3 simply..
a few questions
are all roms compatible with it
how do they load if i have multiple roms on one mini sd. is there a browser of some sort?
what is the streaming video quality.. just avi? or yeah
i think thats all
any bad glitches that i should have a heads up?

Also, there seems to be a mass shortage of R4 DS's at the place where they make them in China ATM. I've seen multiple sites selling them but are either out of stock or expecting stock and already selling out of the stock they are waiting to receive. Take for example bamboogaming.com (Which I'm still waiting to see whether the R4 DS I ordered a week ago will arrive in the latest batch they're getting in).

I just bought one of those, canceled my order for the R4 DS. I guess I'll let everyone know how it is. Read a few reviews on it and I was hooked by the fact that it has an automatic DLDI patcher, which I hope works for Homebrew Quake and Doom...

It's not a feature I use often, not sure why you'd be worried tho, slowing down CPU performance doesn't sound likely to cause problems, and none have been reported. The Cyclods firmware was updated again today (beta). Been playing with DSlinux for the first time, exciting times.

Plus the Cyclo has full download play support, something the R4 is only recently possibly reached (not up on the R4) Has Wii connectivity, in game cheat enabling/disabling, etc

The CycloDS Evo also supports FAT32 Micro SD Cards instead of just FAT16...
