Which M3? M3 lite or M3 DS simply?
I don't think the M3 DS simply need a Passme because its a slot-1 card, but you do need a micro-sd card (preferably Japanese made Kingston or you might get problem with Castlevania: POR).
It seems like bamboo gaming is out of M3 DS simply until 31st July due to PCB delay. So you might need to wait for few more days before you can get your M3.
By the way, G6 DS Real 8GBits comes down in prices to $55 now and GBATemp gives it a pretty good review. Check it out here:
