So far I think the only games that have the two systems linking with each other are Pokemon and Geometry Wars for unlockable items.

There is a channel for the Wii that will be released soon that allows you to download DS demo via your Wii.

We have a heap of threads for homebrew on the DS here's the most recent one www.myds.com.au/ . The DS uses flash cards so you actually don't need to install a chip or void your warranty to play homebrew.
