I have not tried one of those mainly because of what all i have tried i feel no need to as i personally dont feel it compares from what i have seen/read. This does not mean it is bad tho. I guess i would have to ask the magic question of "how cheap?" I know the 3 in 1 has been around a long while and is pretty much a staple for what it does. Seems everyone that wants a slot 2 goes with the 3 in 1. So they are not bad, but i dont think the slot 1 stacks up to say the Cyclo, Edge, M3DS real, or even the supercard 1 (which isnt a favorite of mine).
All in all i am sure it will work for you, and probably impress you if it is your first card. You can also get it in combo packs with the 3 in 1, and of course made by the same company, they work well together.
If you can disclose a price, i can tell you if it is a good deal or not.
