Calm Mind/Ice Beam/Surf/Whatever.

Good EV's (Sp Def and S. Atk, if I remember. Maybe Def and S. Atk...)

Calm mind 4 times, and you're a beast. ~_~
Suicune's are great. One of the better legendaries, imo.
