Johto - Pokemon Gold, Crystal and Silver
Hoenn - Pokemon Ruby, Sapphire and Emerald

Orre - Pokemon Collossuem and XD: Gale of Darkness
Fiore - Pokemon Ranger

Pokemon Mystery Dungeon Blue and Red don't have a Region, it's more of a "Realm"

No such thing as Dratinire, Dratinice or Dratinilic

All Legndaries :

Articuno, Zapdos, Moltres, Mewtwo, Mew, Ho-Oh, Raikou, Entei, Suicune, Mewtwo, Celebi, Lugia, Latias, Latios, Regirock, Regice, Registeel, Kyogre, Groudon, Rayquaza, Jirachi, Deoxys, Palkia, Dialga, Uxie, Mesprit, Azelf, Heatran, Regigigas, Giratina, Cresselia and Darkrai.

I'd buy the game, but it'll be the last Pokemon game I'd get, pokemon is just the same thing over and over again, just with new pokemon. - Like the Final Destination Series (Movies)
