- it's CHEAPER!
- you can use up to 8Gb microSD. imagine how many games that would hold?
- fastest loading menu system
- works with all roms

if you have an R4 then you should just continue to use it. if you are looking for a new slot 1 device - get the Edge. hey, it's even cheaper because ryan's supplied us with a discount coupon. YAY!

Yeah, im not saying trade in your R4s, its not really worth trading the R4 for something (cept maybe the cycloDS evo) unless you really want high capacity micro sd card support.

The product is more aiming at people that don't have a DS cart yet. Everyone tells their friends to get an R4...but there isn't much of a reason anymore hey?

The Edge is bassically a dump of the cycloDS software, and altered (without real time save, in built slow motion etc)
So unless you have 2 Ds, then don't bother.
