Social \ Underbelly Tv Series.

Being a Victorian it is nice to see our friends in WA are posting Underbelly the tv series on the net before it is even aired in our time zone. News reports advise that the whole 13 episodes are on the black market and it appears that they are now slipping onto the net. As of tonight I have seen up to episode 7 floating around and rumors that episode 8 is being upped as I type.

This would be a fantastic aussie drama even if it were not based on real events. I don't know why Australian film makers do not get off their bums and go all out like this to produce other series.

The book Leadbelly that the Underbelly series is based off is selling like hotcakes on ebay at the moment and the underbelly series of crime books are also selling well. I heard they were also making a book about the series, thats how crazy this thing is getting.

I don't watch much TV but this series is excellent.
