Social \ Modem isn't working-any help?

Hey everyone, my modem isn't working. It has 4 lights on the front, but three (power, wireless and internet) are one and the other, IP address, isn't. Any ideas how to fix it? I've tries everything...

Modem-Netgear DG834N
I've tried turning it on and off numerous times, unplugging everything, calling TPG (didn't help-told me to do stuff with my computer), entering the IP address and 2 DNS numbers in manually
