Hardware \ R4DS game help

I got an R4DS last Christmas and haven't had any problems since, but now i am.

I put SEGA SuperStars tennis onto it and was surprised to be greeted with a screen saying there has been an error and telling me i should reinsert the card.

I can play all of my other games perfectly, but this game wont run.

What should I do?

If all other games are working fine then it is just that game so perhaps try reloading it onto the R4 or something if that doesn't work you might have to go without it.

and another game i have got is doing the same, except it just has white screens!

I've tryed other new games, and the sam things happen.

Which is why I need to fo something or else I can;t get new games!

So r u sure u upgraded the firmware to v1.17??

or maybe try backing up everything on the card, reformat the card and copy everything back. also try replacing the old rom that is not working with new one. Also making sure that your are using v1.17 firmware is important as well.
