Nintendo Wi-Fi \ DS Browser isn't free Anymore!!! Why ?

What the hell ? I went to my usual hotspot to use my ds and when I tried to go to any website it always came up with a telstra page saying - prepaid internet - pay now add credit, this sux . it was not part of the deal. has this happened to anyone else ?

Desi hit the nail on the head, it's the people running the hotspot that are charging not the DS browser, you'll have to find a free hotspot somewhere if you don't want to pay and not too many things are free any more.

It includes a bunch of tram stops around melbourne too. I thought I found a map at one point, but I can't locate it at the moment.

I'm currently searching my data as I clearly remember an actual list of all the wifi spots.(supplied by telstra)

EDIT~ TELSTRA AND NINTENDO HAVE TAKEN DOWN THEIR LIST
(this list i'm referring to is a downloadable Microsoft office file->excel)

Most Starbucks and Macca's have free NDS WiFi anyhows, so good nuff.
