No they hold their postion on the DS very (may vary between manufactures)the only come off if you start peeling away at them.

i got mine from eBay.com.au. Very good guy there that does DS lite Skins. His name escapes me

just type Ds lite skins on search. vinz decals are not that good. well at least his ds lite ones arne't doesnt cover whol inside like mine.
