Hardware \ DSL Touch Screen High Pitched Noise

Hey all, I'm new here i bought a second hand ds lite the other week from ebgames all seemed fine, then all of a suddon it's started to make a highpitched noise.. So i went an purchased a new ds lite, it had the noise out of the box, so i got my money back an kept my second hand ds lite... I cant find any fixes... not even nintendo know when i rang them.
