Very much. It was the first electronically submitted one I'd done. So you just attach the document and send it like an email attachment. The submit button disappeared at 12:00 and I submitted at 11:58:47.

They said don't leave it until the last minute since it might crash if everyone does that, but I figured everyone would think that and submit earlier. Yay me
