Unfortunately no, you can't. The old Game Boy and N64 games are completely cut off from the GBA, GameCube and DS games.

Yes, once you have beat the game you can migrate them from your old GBA cartriges, but the lengendaries must be on the game. Heres how
1.get the national dex for diamond

2.have a gba game with at least six pokemon in the gba games PC

3.go to the selectionscreen where it says continue or new game it will say migrate from what ever gbagame is in the ds slot for the gba game...

4.then select the pokemon you want to migrate

5.once the pokemon u selected have been migrated go to the pal park...

6.at the pal park youllhave park bal(there just like master balls so theyll never fail to catch the pokemon)

7.after u catch them then you have migrated the poekmon in to pokemon diamond....

You can't trade hacked pokemon.


Yes i'm aware of this thing with mew,The mew will have been obtained from something called a wi-fi event.They will allow the mew to be traded once..Trying to get them on wifi will be easy but then getting rid of the mew will be hard and almost impossible unless you trade someone via the union room and NOT the GTS
