Eh. After playing heaps and heaps of Brawl, I did get some to sit down with this game, the first thing I noticed, when looking at the packaging was that the Fret Grip was tiny!! It's a lot smaller than you think. Now I haven't even finished Medium on GH:III for Wii, and I can easily play on Hard for GH: On Tour, that is how easy it is. Another thing, a few times, the Fret Grip came out because it is quite loose, and when it comes out during play, you must restart your DS system.

Other than all that, it's pretty good!

PassP: Yes, the touch-screen sometimes doesn't register when strumming up and down! Quite irritating on hard and expert difficulties, and can bring your score down a heap.

If you have this on another platform, don't worry about it for DS.

I've been playing the guitar for 6 months now, so thats probably helped eleviate any cramps - can play this game for hours without a problem, however my house mate had to put it down after 10 minutes. Took a few minutes to get used to holding the grip wiothout it slidding but now I LOVE this game. I big fan of the game on other platforms but think it definitely ROCKS on DS!!!!! I use the whammy all the time, love the song list

A few changes have been made so that it is not exactly like GH3.
I did find the songs to be mostly easier with only a couple of challenging songs on easy.

You will not find any Raining Blood or TTFAF's on this version.

But the grip isn't actually secure in the SLOT. So sometimes it just comes out.
