No depends if it is WPA if it is wap then your fine do you have wifi games. No the ds doesn't have internet browsing it has online gaming, depends if you purchase the browser ( RRP AUD$69.95 )

You can't surf the net until you get ds browser. Or......... YOu can get a flash card that can get you like unlimeted games and watch/play homebrews and watch movies and surf the web. here is the site to get flash cards www.ozmodchips.com.au

DSorganise is a great homebrew app that contains a working web browser. You will find that most browsers for the DS will only allow you to do some basic surfing. You will not be playing any youtube video's or flash games. Its great to catchup on your favourite forum, news or blog but thats about it.

Yes IF you have a wiless router approved by the myds members or approved by nintendo.

I think the official Nintendo DS browser is discontinued now but there's bound to be some floating around on ebay. It is a little slow but it's handy for checking emails. I have used it to post on here occasionally the best thing to do is block the images from popping up to increase the speed.

i've seen the compatible routers and i have 1 of them. D-Link Dl-524.

Yeah it's great for RSS feeds, tried using it for email once though and yeah, surprisingly not quite the successful experience I was hoping for

I'll be the first to put up my hand and say, yes, the ds browser sucks for speed. But for bookmarked stuff that you regularly view it's not too bad, though I wouldn't use it for 'surfing'
