U can only transfer pokemon form Fire Red, Leaf Green, Sapphire, Ruby and emerald I think but you can't transfer the pokemon that you have on your Gold or silver. Put your gameboy advance game in the second slot and then when you get into the main menu go down to the option of migrate, choose 6 of them and you have to choose six to transfer and then go to Pal Park

D & P by that you mean Diamond and Pearl. The difference is it's on DS.

It's basically exactly the same tried and tested gameplay of the other pokemon games with some new pokemon and some kind of 3D worlds.

I used LOTS of Ultra Balls, it takes at least 50 to catch Rayquaza.

Well, you could find someone to trade you one, but unless you have a really rare Pokemon (like a shiny) then I'd say reset.
