Oh i wen to a tourney one my cousin was there it was an epic battle it was semi-final match man my cousin won. ( lol he is one who tought me the skills )He won by the gengar i traded him from the theme deck legend maker.

All you got to do is battle with him a lot but dont let him die.
and with the shiny stone i think there one on iron island.

Well to do this you have to have completed the elite four if not od you have the item soothie. If you have completed the elite four then there are two areas to make budew happy in which i advise you to go both. Go to the area where you get expensve riddons, go to the second floor and talk to the reseptionist to give the first party pokemona treatment. When fifnished go to heathome city and there is a lady in a small house that tells you if your pokemon is happy talk to her( Note you can only do the treatmnet once a day ) But before all that attach the item soothie bell to budew, also to help bettle wild pokemon and make sure budew doesn't faint. This may take a couple of days. After you evolve budew Go to underground and dig for shiny stone. I hope it helps

Milotic can be evolved by feebas... i am not sure if u can catch a wild Milotic so this may help to find the feebas: malaysia.answers.yahoo.com/

I can breed you a Feebas if you want but if you wanna evolve feebas, feebas must have max beauty.

Finally my Budew evovled into Roselia.It evoloved at level 31.So I was Just wondering if it will learn any of the attacks that it was supposed learn before it reached level 31.I checked out pokemon marriland and it says that roselia has alot of attacks.Any thanks for ya help.

Also would it be better to have a frolass or a glaceon as my ice pokemon.I think I will go with Frolass.

Im quite sure you can catch Feebas and evolve it into Milotic on Diamond and Pearl because I caught Dratini by fishing with the best rod there is, fourth floor of that huge mountain,
If you are lucky, you can even catch a Dragonair! only a 5% chance though, try finding www.psypoke.com i think
