people whine about how much live costs but its 100 bucks a year and you would spend so much more time on a game if you had live
and xbox live is superior in so many ways to the ps3 online
if with xbox 360 you could have the same as the ps3 online or xbox live for 100 bucks id take the xbox live anyday
but dude xbox 360 has so many better games

and dont u bloody forget gears and gears 2 XD

1. I'd rather spend that money per year on more games.
2. Halo is, in my opinion: Gay. Bioshock and Gears are both available on PC.
3. To me, online play is online play. As long as I'm versing people from around the globe, IDGARA.
4. I sure as hell will be using the WiiMote for Brawl.
5. Different people have different tastes.

If you don't dig the Wii, that's cool but try to maintain a bit of objectivity. Have you ever played Resident Evil 4 or a Metroid Prime game with a control pad and then compared the experience to the IR aiming offered by the Wii mote? It enhances the experience. IR and motion controls are a different and very good way to play a lot of games.

Wii is much more than a gimmick, it's successful for a lot of reasons. Just because you're a fanboy for one system shouldn't mean that you have to whinge about the others.

They all have great games to offer and great exclusives. They also all have their share of shovelware. Most importantly, they all have something unique to offer. Anyone who tells you otherwise is a fool who doesn't know what they are talking about.

If most people you know have a 360, get a PS3, like others have said, you will get to play both systems games, and hopefully alot, if not all, exclusive content. Its a Win Win Scenario, except maybe when all your 360 owning buddies come over to play MGS4 or Playstation Exclusive content...... Have them bring their systems, and you can have a sleepover Console party, no need for heating your house!!!

on the ps3 friends lists and status etc. are very very hard to use if not non existent 360 is for playing with all your 360 mates and joining up with there party with the click of a button.

I paid $50 for my 12month live and do not regret a single cent. Also yes Bioshock and Gears are available on PC but do you own a PC? If you do then why are you on here talking about what is better? PC of course!
