EDIT: before doing anything when u turn on animal crossing dont go continue go to (wifi settings) and sort that out! than go (continue) and go to the town gate and talk to the dog on the right after you have done that than look at ur code and me!

I'm in South Australia so I *should* be able to be there at that time...I've got kids though and they can be unpredictable so I can't guarantee it. I am usually on around that time though so it shouldn't be a problem.
