I haven't seen anyone review applications before so I thought I'd give it a shot.. The DSi Camera application allows you to take pictures via either camera and store them on the unit's internal 256MB of storage or onto an SD card. The DSi will also support SDHC cards, which are those that exceed 2GB of storage. Aside from taking conventional photos, there are various lens options built into the application. These effects can not only be tweaked while taking photos, but also after you've already shot them. There is even facial recognition technology here that will stamp your face with a Wario moustache or give you a pig nose. There's plenty of fun to be had with the frame features as well; you can put your face on pretty much anything you can shoot. As time passes; more and more games and apps are beginning to use the DSi's extra features. -A new facebook app allows you to upload pictures taken from your DSi straight to your Facebook profile. -You can use DSi camera pictures with the new Flipnote Studio app. -WarioWare: Snapped is almost entirely based on the DSi Camera. -New games (such as Assassin Creed II) are confirmed to use the DSi Camera for a little extra fun. (Most Games won't not fully based, so DS Lite owners can still play) While all these can be very fun, the camera is not very good quality. Being a VGA camera with only 0.3 Megapixel, it is not as good as high brand cameras and phones, but still capable of good shots. It has been noted that after a while, the DSi Camera can get quite boring after exploring the new features. After using every feature, it seems less exciting. In conclusion; the DSi Camera is a very nice touch to the DSi. It has good capclities and can be fun when editing photos. But it is not advised for DS Lite owners to buy a new DSi just for the DSi Camera as it can get boring and really won't be used as much. But overall, its a great feature and is widely enjoyed by DSi Owners. PS: If this review SUCKS, please don't be too mean about it
