Nintendo ds Lite Black - 10/10

The origanal nintendo took the ds by storm. But an improvement has commenced in the Nintendo the world it is called the Nintendo ds lite.

The Nintendo ds lite is a upgraded version of the original nintendo now as called Nintendo ds phat. The Nintendo ds Lite is more brighter and less in weight. I prefer to get the ds lite. It is great for midnight gaming

Features: The Nintendo ds lite has Alot of features. It has inbuilt wireless for your wireless activity needs, in which is used in games and picto chat ( i'll talk about this later ). YOu can download play from compatible games that allow this funtion.it can also have a microphones feature that is used to sweak to activate a funtion in the game or to chat online using Wi-fi ( this will be disscused later ). Wi-Fi is a feature in which allows you to play online around the world, this feature is only activated on games that allow this funtion.The buttons have gained sinced the GBa . You have a lot yet at a good size of buttons to play those cool games on the Nintendo ds lite.

Colour Now colour has increased since the lanch of the Nintendo ds lite. The screen is now brighter therefore, it to be colour bright, In which the Colour stands out. the Colour is fantastic. The Balck on a handheld of any kind is just awsome that is why I choose black Dslite.

Sound: The sound is amazing for such a small device such as the Nintendo ds. It's 64 channel sound is now louder and clearer. So you can enjoy great sound during game play.

Touch Screen and Stylis
The Touch screen is mainly why people are getting the Nintendo ds/Lite. Now touch sensitive is something that will change gaming. As the advertisment " Touch is Good " it is not in a bad dirty way. Now this may bore you but i'm gonna go into detail of how the touch screen works. Firts they have couple of layers. The first layer is the Touch and the second layer is the Touch the thired layer is screen. Now touch works like this, They have a numurous microscopic wires. Now the first layer is wires placed vertically. The second layer of wires is put horizontaly. Now the wires are clear so the can be hard to see but are visible. The thired layer is on the topp and is the LCD screen. Now since the LCD is Liquid Crystal Disply ( which LCD stands for ). Now this is hpw the touch works you place yourfinger/stylis on the touch screen and then the Vertical crosses with the horizontal wires or vice versa. Therefore, trigering it's funtion that it's supposed to do.Now some of know thisand those who don't ( possibly) are saying what that is not special. But it is the wires are Micro scopic so it is incredibly small. I find it inteligent.In the past a touch screnn works by using Infered and when you put your finger on the Touch infered screen it cuts through the infered but it cost to much power. The Stylis it is designed to use to touch the screen with the ds Lite/Phat. The Nintendo ds lite versions stylis is better it is thicker and better to hold.

Softwares
Now the inbuilt softwares are.
* Pictochat
* Ds Download Play
Picto chat is a very handy feature. You can chat up to 16 different people in 4 different chat rooms. Now that is awsome. YOu can draw, type, flipbook etc. It is just plain fun.

Ds Download play. Is a nice multyplayer feature you can play with others with only on ds game.

Graphics Now graphics is similar to the Nintendo 64 graphics. But it is more smother, Celling shading, 3Dimentional graphics and about 60 or more frames/per second.

Now my opinion is this is the nest handheld in this era. I would like nothing more that The Nintendo ds Lite. Until a new Nintendo handheld comes out, I'm playing with the Nintendo ds lite.
