Nintendo legend Shigeru Miyamoto will be honoured with the Fellowship Award from The British Academy of Film and Television Arts.

The Fellowship if BAFTA's top achievement. In their own words it's "the highest accolade the Academy can bestow on an individual for their creative work."

Before you ask, the award is recognising his achievements as a game designer for the likes of Super Mario, Donkey Kong, Zelda and Pikmin, not his secret moonlight gig as a TV star.

The award will be presented in a ceremony next month.
